1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Airy (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including parents and any family members who access the app.

2. The service

Airy is a family organization app that helps households manage shared responsibilities, chores, appointments, and meal planning. The Service is operated by Keith Gibson and is available at use-airy.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at klmcgibshome@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per family. You may invite a spouse or partner to share your family account.

4. Pricing and billing

Free trial

All new accounts start with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Subscription

After the trial, Airy is $7.00 USD per month per family, billed monthly. Pricing may change with 30 days’ notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis — just email us.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

5. Your content

All content you enter into Airy — responsibilities, chores, appointments, notes, photos — belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the Service for your family.

We do not use your family’s content to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the app. When you delete your account, your content is deleted within 30 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Airy for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access another family’s data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
  • Share your account credentials with anyone outside your immediate household
  • Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of Airy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Airy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the Service available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed reminders, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are effective means you accept the updated Terms.
